If you are a new patient, please arrive at our office 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are an existing patient we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Dental Insurance is a contract between a patient and an insurance carrier. The carrier agrees to pay certain prescribed benefits at a predetermined maximum rate. Typically, there are limitations to dental policies. That is, there are deductibles, co-payments and some procedures may not be covered at all. Each policy is different and we probably don't know the fine details of your policy. We encourage you to speak directly to your insurance carrier or employer regarding what services your policy covers.

We will gladly bill your insurance carrier as a courtesy to you. However, should the insurance carrier not pay a portion of the bill, the balance is to be paid by the patient/subscriber. Insurance companies pay dental costs according to fee schedules. Although Insurance carriers call their fee schedules "usual, customary and reasonable", in fact, they are usually based on information gathered from one to three years previous. So, the fees that we charge may or may not coincide with the Insurance carriers fee schedule.

Patients with an Insurance carrier that will not assign benefits to us, will be required to pay for services as they are rendered. We will gladly send in the required claim to your carrier. However, because the payment will go directly to the patient/subscriber, we will not be notified of any reimbursement problem.
